We offer global shipping to most countries, including major markets in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Some destinations may have restrictions due to local laws, customs regulations, or logistical limitations.
2. Order Processing Time
Custom Orders: Processing and manufacturing times vary based on order specifications, size, and complexity. On average, production takes 2–6 weeks after final sample approval.
Ready Stock Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted international courier partners and freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Air Freight – For smaller, urgent consignments.
Sea Freight – For bulk orders, offering economical shipping rates.
Express Courier Services – For samples and small shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the destination, order size, weight, and preferred shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Air Freight: 5–10 business days (after dispatch).
Sea Freight: 20–45 business days (depending on destination).
Express Courier: 3–7 business days for samples.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, port delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and shipping documents.
Our team will keep you informed about your shipment’s progress until delivery.
7. Customs & Import Duties
All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance processes.
The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and relevant details.
Lost shipments will be investigated with our shipping partners, and compensation (if applicable) will be processed as per their policies.
